OUR PROCESS
1/ FIRST CONSULTATION/EVALUATION
We carefully access the site conditions, as well as the needs and wants of the client.etc.
2/ DESIGN/ESTIMATE PROPOSAL
We use both 2d and 3d drawings to help best illustrate our vision of their yard to the client.
If the client likes our design then a detailed quote will follow a couple days after.
(payment required)
3/ PRODUCT SELECTION
Client visits our supply yard and chooses products and colour combinations they like the best for their project.
4/ CONTRACT/DEPOSIT
A week before the clients project is due to start a contract will be dropped off and the first deposit is due. (payment required)
5/ CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
The Hockley crew will begin construction and will keep the client informed on project details regularly and make sure the project is completed in a professional manner.
